did you know that the day jim henson died imagineers were at disneyland taking measurements of the Great Moments with Lincoln attraction to replace it for an entire year with a Muppet version of the attraction?

and that there was a plan in place to have the muppets “take over” disneyland for an entire year? which would have involved painting the matterhorn green, covering the castle, and altering every single attraction to include muppets?

there were even commercials ready and everything, the only reason it didn’t happen was because they received the call that henson died
